Although rare, some patients can get light bruising in some areas after the treatments. Warmth and light redness should persist for a few hours or so after treatment. Although it’s very rare, some patients may get a small blister or burn on the skin due to the deep thermal heating. Some medications may increase your chance of bruising, so please let your technician know of any medications that you are taking.
Treatments should not be done on patients who are pregnant, or on anyone with a pacemaker. Please notify your technician if you have either of these conditions so we may find an alternate treatment for you.
You should return to your normal skin care routine and all regular activities after your treatment unless your technician provides you with alternate instructions.
